Cotechino - Pork Sausage with Wine

Cotechino is a traditional Italian sausage served at holiday celebrations. Thaw the frozen Cotechino in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Place inside a large pot with enough cold water to cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes, slice and enjoy. Serve with braised lentils, mashed potatoes and greens, vegetables, polenta or Borlotti beans. 14 ounces.

Ingredients: Pork, sea salt, white wine, garlic, black pepper, natural spices. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
